At KURU Footwear, we want you to experience the ultimate in heel support and comfort, which is why we offer a 45-day trial period on all our shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit, we provide free shipping on returns and exchanges within the United States.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Item and Reason

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve your future experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your shoes in their original box and attach the label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse receives and inspects the shipment.
